I haven’t really had the product long enough to give a clear evaluation. I researched it pretty good before buying it and it seems to work but I cannot say right now. I don’t eat regular meals. Both my wife and I eat only a little and not regularly. But when I take the product and give it about 30 minutes to work, it seem to help me really cut down on the portion of food I consume. Money wise, it seem to be the best buy or bang for the buck. There are a lot of products out there that don’t work nearly as well that I have tried and this one seems to be the best. If it continues to work as well as it has, I will be a regular customer….until that is, of course, I get down to my fighting weight.
